These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ImproveMyself mobile application (the "App") operated by ImproveMyself Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer subscription-based services, including access to The ImproveMyself Society membership. Subscription terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through your Apple ID account
  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers — contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ImproveMyself Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

You may submit content through the App, such as goals, notes, or community posts. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App as necessary to provide our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any laws or the rights of others.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

The content provided in the App is for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or fitness advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making changes to your health or wellness routine.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImproveMyself Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
